This
is truly an amazing and beautiful world that we live in. The
Intelligence that holds this universe together has created something
so beyond what the human mind can imagine much less embody. And
few would argue that there is still a great mystery to it all.
But yet the most mysterious of this Intelligence' creation is
mankind. How is it that mankind can breathe in the universe so
magnificent and still not realize that there is Something far beyond
our human capacity to know that permeates it all? Something
beyond the human imagination. Something far beyond the primitive
idea that there is a god that is in the image of man. It is as
though G-d created this universe and the multitude of universes
beyond, but mankind continues to create gods. There are the gods
of religion. The gods of politics. The gods of
science. The gods of medicine and medical practitioners.
And the gods of philosophy. The human mind determines the nature
of these gods by their steadfast belief and obedience to
them.
By
looking to persons, places and things, we fail to realize that we have
ignored that which created them all. The scientists becomes
frustrated when they look to science for solutions rather than looking
beyond science to the Intelligence that created all that they
know. People make gods of politicians and then crucify them in
their mind when they disappoint. Far too many have made gods of
their religious beliefs and have failed to realize that the G-d of
Truth and Intelligence is beyond mankind's religious concepts.
The Master Mind Jesus gave us a profound instruction when he said,
"you will know the Truth and the Truth will set you
free." Truth is Intelligence. The nature of which is
within every living thing; animal, vegetable, mineral and all that is
beyond them.
Our minds have been conditioned to accept that which is mortal and
temporary, as "cause." There is only One Cause and
that is Intelligence. But, you might say, "why is there so
much unintelligence in the world?" It is there because
mankind supports it. We know we are intelligent. Some of
us know that Intelligence causes all things to be. We also know
that our use of Intelligence and the degree to which we use it, is by
"choice." The words that are inherently conditioned
with Power are "I am." They are power-words because
they precede our every "choice." And they
"identify" with the Intelligence that we are using, always,
by our choosing. Someone once said that if God had a
"will" for us, it would be that we choose. We live to
our own choices, not to a god's will. To think that we are
governed by "God's Will" is to contradict the nature of
Intelligence.
We can see from these
words from the Book of Psalm (17:15) that mankind is beginning to
understand G-d as Intelligence: "As
for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness; when I awake, I
shall be satisfied with your likeness." The
Psalmist used words that people of that period would understand and
that is right and good. The message is that when we choose that
which is good for all and choose with intelligence, then we shall be
satisfied when our thoughts, our words, and the images we hold in our
mind, become made manifest in our life experience. In other
words, using the conscious awareness of Jesus' words, we shall be
satisfied when our kingdom of G-d within is out-pictured in
material/physical form.
"In
God, every end is converted into a new means. Thus the use of
commodity, regarded by itself, is mean and squalid."
-
Ralph Waldo Emerson,
Nature
Our
fears and our worries have obstructed Intelligence from taking that
which we already possess and converting it into a greater abundance of
good for us and for others. The false belief that life,
substance and intelligence can be material or human, obstructs the
life and intelligence of mankind. Let us be satisfied in our mind with
what we have chosen and the new-ness that we are choosing to
experience. Let us put this satisfaction into action in all that
we do and in every hope that we have for a greater good, enough to
share and to spare.
AND
SO IT IS!
Keep
the
faith!
