Our Foundation Spiritual Principles:

 

  • G-d is Absolute Good, everywhere present.

  • Every human being is an expression of the divine; the Christ Spirit, by whatever name, indwells all people. Their very essence is of G-d, and therefore they are also inherently good.

  • Human beings create their experience by the activity of their thinking. Everything in the manifest realm has its beginning in thought.

  • Prayer is creative thinking that heightens the connection with G-d-mind and therefore brings forth wisdom, healing, prosperity and everything good.

  • Knowing and understanding the laws of life, also called Truth, are not enough. A person must also live the Truth that he or she knows.

               I could write about "I AM" a thousand times and yet there are people who will still doubt that they have the power within to determine their life experiences.  The only power mankind has is the "power of choice" and this power of choice is magnetized by the words "I AM." It is that simple. No one can say "I AM" for us ... no one; neither those who love us or those who don't. Whatever words follow "I AM ..." determines our life experiences. Everyone has this power but few acknowledge it. It is universal, immutable and eternal. It is further evidence that the Universe is no respecter of persons. Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Yogananda; all accepted this as true. Each made use of this power in their own individual way. Just as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Henry Ford and others have realized this power and used it in their own individual way. They may not have recognized it as a universal spiritual law, but the evidence is clear that they used it ... we all do; either consciously or unconsciously (consciously provides better results).

                   From Eric Butterworth, the great Unity teacher and author we can read:  "Surely, Jesus has a message for us today. But we must see the difference between what I call the religion about Jesus and the religion of Jesus. Theology, the religion about Jesus, talks of the Divinity of Jesus and that we must believe in him to be saved. On the other hand, the religion of Jesus, as found in his teachings, emphasizes the Divinity of man (kind), and that if you believe in your innate unity with God, you contact a Dynamic Power, then you are one with the flow of the means by which you can change your life. This is the fundamental that I think has been grossly understated, if not lost. I believe that this is what Jesus was all about."

                 Wherever we are in life. However we may measure our success or lack of success in the areas of our life that matter, we must know that we are living to our "best" .... and we must also acknowledge that we can make "our best better" ... and the conscious use of the words "I AM" will provide a way in which this is possible ... for all of us.
